Refund Policy

We want every student to be satisfied with the work they receive. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Before Payment Is Approved

Payment is only confirmed once our admin team approves it after you pay on WhatsApp. If your payment is declined or the order is cancelled before approval, no charge is finalized and no refund action is needed.

Eligible for a Refund

• The vendor fails to deliver the work within the agreed deadline with no valid reason.
• The delivered work is substantially different from what was ordered.
• An order is cancelled by ProjectMate before any work has started.

Not Eligible for a Refund

• Change of mind after work has already started or been completed.
• Delays caused by incomplete or unclear requirements provided by the student.
• Minor revisions that can be fixed by the vendor — these should be requested first, not refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us on WhatsApp or via the contact page with your order number and reason within 7 days of the issue. Our admin team will review the order status, communicate with the vendor, and get back to you with a decision.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back through the same payment method used, typically within 5–7 business days after approval.
